The Urban Driver Apprenticeship is a 15‑month programme where apprentices will learn all aspects of professional driving as well as gaining their Category C1 (7.5t) Licence. This is with a view to moving to a full‑time 7.5t Driver position within DX upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities include non‑driving duties which are relevant to the job role including office work, drivers mate and warehousing during training.
