We're now looking for a Returns & Repack Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

• Timely processing of all returns in line with agreed SLA's
• Process returns, repack and put back into stock
• Salvage damaged stock
• Wash/Dry service of premium goods
• Assist with stock control
• Arranging returns of any stock to customers or suppliers in a timely manner in line with agreed SLA's
• Liaising with customer/supplier via email and direct calling to enhance the customer experience
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations

• PC literate
• Good numeric skills
• Experience working in a Warehouse environment
• Experience using a warehouse management system - desirable
