Job Description:

The State Implementation Manager (Implementation Manager) provides oversight of implementation activities leading up to and during pilot and system rollout and coordinates information between project groups. This manager works closely with the Organizational Change Management Team and other project leadership to make sure DCF is ready for implementation. This position also works closely with the DDI Implementation Manager.

The Implementation manager is responsible for coordinating with the Project Management Team to resolve all issues within required time frames and recommending appropriate changes to policies and procedures during implementation. This position reports to the Organizational Change Manager and provides updates and reports regularly on the status of implementations and potential issues.

This position will coordinate with the OCM, Project Manager and DDI Implementation Manager to ensure the completion of state-level tasks necessary to keep KIDS, wiKIDS, and the modernized system in sync during pilot and system rollout.
