Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator/Operator Associate to support a single production line in the thermoforming department. The role requires coverage across lines for breaks or call-ins, while maintaining safety, waste control and quality targets.
The Operator Associate will follow Standard Work Instructions, participate in line changeovers, and ensure accurate production paperwork. Candidates must wear steel-toed shoes and lift up to 50 lbs.
