Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) in Trimble, MO is seeking a Fresh Packaging Lead. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work in the Fresh Packaging area daily, package and label product, lead and organize the team, and ensure quality, food safety, and accuracy while keeping the area on pace and to standard.
New hires start as Fresh Packaging Team Members to learn our standards, systems, and culture; advancement to Lead is based on performance and demonstrated leadership.
