Due to continued growth, we have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Portadown, Co. Armagh. Very limited travel is required.

• Preparation and submission of valuations.
• Collating variation quotations.
• Procurement and management of sub‑contractor accounts.
• Collating and administering subcontractor documents.
• Review of main contract documents & provide contractual advice to the project team.
• Preparation of Monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts.
• Value engineering & risk management control.

• Relevant third‑level qualification such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Minimum of three years’ post‑qualification experience in a similar role.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Articulate, critical thinker with strong technical ability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• 37.5 hour working week (Mon–Thu 08:30–17:00 and Fri 08:30–14:30).
