Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week, 7.5 hours/day Salary: £39,500 starting  benefits  100 CPD hours in first 3 months Role:
We are seeking qualified HCPs (Doctor, Nurse, OT, Physio, MH Nurse, Paramedic) to conduct Working Capability Assessments for benefit claimants.

Responsibilities include:

Carrying a caseload of around 5 assessments per day Producing factual reports of approximately 500 words per assessment Using clinical expertise to evaluate how disabilities or health conditions affect working capabilities Providing clear, objective evidence to support decision-makers in determining eligibility Requirements: 1 year post-registration experience Professional registration (NMC- RGN, RMN, RNLD, HCPC
- Paramedic, Physiotherapist, GMC) Strong IT, communication, and report-writing skills Perks:
