Cleaning Supervisor – Mount Charles Group

Location: Craigavon – Hyster, Craigavon, Northern Ireland
Working Pattern: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7am – 3pm (no nights)
Salary: £13.76 per hour

• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to required standards – weekly and periodic tasks
• Use cleaning chemicals safely per COSHH guidelines
• Maintain full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment and materials; use equipment only after correct training and as directed by the line manager
• Report immediately and mark any faulty equipment; do not use
• Use safety signage appropriately at all times (wet floor signs, warning customers)
• Keep cleaning stores clean, tidy and equipment stored correctly and safely at all times

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail in all aspects of the work
• Leads by example and lives our values
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation
• Self‑motivated, works independently and on own initiative
• Flexible with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Basic statutory training: reading, writing, speaking, listening; computer literacy required
