Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver the retail strategy. Ensure consistent standards across stores through structured visits, compliance, and health & safety Optimise stock, ranging, visual merchandising, and store operations to maximise availability and sales Deliver sales and profit targets, managing costs, payroll, and store P&Ls.
