The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations within the store, driving revenue, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role involves managing the sales team, supporting staff development, and maintaining store standards.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet store targets
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Provide coaching and support to team members
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Support visual merchandising and stock presentation
• Handle customer issues and queries in a professional manner
• Assist with staff scheduling and rota management
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed

• Previous experience in retail sales management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and work on the shop floor
• Confident in handling customer situations
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
