Role OverviewThis role will involve supporting our sales teams with the processing of commissioning requests, and making outbound calls to warm leads, with the aim of converting quotes we have provided to new and existing customers.

- Handle inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Support processing of commissioning orders, provide contract quotes and follow ups to increase sales.
- Maintain high accuracy in order processing.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth.
- Track and record sales activities to monitor performance.
- Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Ideally 12 years experience in sales and customer service – training provided.
- Call Centre experience desirable.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
- Proficient in IT and computer systems.
