As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will guide pediatric nursing practice through consultation, education, research, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert consultation and leadership in pediatric nursing practice
- Lead evidence-informed practice and patient safety initiatives
- Develop, implement, and evaluate pediatric clinical programs
- Mentor, coach, and educate nursing staff
- Translate research evidence into clinical practice
- Master's degree in Nursing or applicable graduate degree
- Five years of recent related nursing experience
- Three years in pediatric specialty clinical practice
- Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Expertise in pediatric nursing, consultation, and collaboration
