Permanent Part‑Time (0.85 FTE)

Evening / Night

15:00 - 23:15 / 23:00 - 07:15 (8.25 hour shifts)

We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing quality, person‑centered care and being part of a supportive team environment.

• Provide safe, resident‑focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
• Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
• Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.

• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
• Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• A competitive salary
  : $32.84-$41.87 per hour, in accordance with provincial wage levelling.
