Location: Waverley
New opportunity with a local authority based in Surrey, seeking to hire a qualified Building Surveyor to join their established team due to expansion.
Responsibilities:
Primarily working on Commercial buildings, undertaking:
* Building surveys
* Dilapidation's
* Contract Administration
* Specification writing
* Party wall advice
* General building surveying workload
Requirements
* MCIOB or above
* Ideally solid commercial experience
* Ideally professional and project work experience
