£32,000 + Growth Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm (flexible)

Do you enjoy hands-on, practical work and take pride in producing high-quality results? This expanding manufacturing team is looking for a Production Operative to support continued growth and help deliver exceptional products to their customers.

You'll be joining a small, supportive production team that values teamwork, precision, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Working on the production line, assembling and preparing products for dispatch
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Following quality procedures to ensure every item meets high standards
Lifting and moving large, bulky materials (training provided)
Supporting LEAN manufacturing principles and efficiency improvements
