Senior Site Manager (9 months programme)- up to £300 per day - Crawley

A freelance Senior Site Manager is required to join our client who is a leading Main Contractor in the UK construction market.

A Senior Site Manager is required to take on a new assignment for at least 9 months.

The project is a new build industrial scheme valued at £9m. You must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at work certificate.

Based on site in Crawley, you will have autonomy on this project taking the project through from site setup to handover. Reporting into a Contracts Director, you will be client facing and manage the site team including overseeing the subcontractors and monitoring of the build programme.

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager with excellent technical knowledge in the UK construction market, with new build Industrial experience and a proven track record in delivering projects from inception to handover up to the value of £10m.
