Customer Sales Executive

We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive to a dynamic team in Hove. This role sits within the Customer Service and Sales department, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth. Youll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and helping to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, engaging with customers in both B2B and B2C settings.

Converting quotes into confirmed sales Communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat Responding to customer queries and requests Scheduling and managing customer appointments Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Youll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month.
