• Develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules for civil engineering projects
• Integrate contractor and partner programmes into a single master plan
• Track progress, highlight risks early, and help keep civil programmes on track
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
• Run scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to optimise delivery
