Site Manager Heavy Civils
Location : M23 Corridor (Surrey / Sussex)
JLL Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee heavy civil engineering projects across the M23 corridor. This is an opportunity to join a long-established contractor with a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure schemes, including coastal defence, flood alleviation, water treatment, and major groundworks. Known for tackling technically challenging projects, they have built a reputation for reliability, sustainability, and strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation and site rules.
- Develop and update Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Waste Management Plans.
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Produce method statements, risk assessments, lift plans, and inspection / test plans.
