• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Supporting the annual budget and forecast process
• Monitoring expenditure and ensuring compliance with financial policies
• Assisting with audits, payroll, and reconciliations
• Providing financial insight to the senior leadership and governors

• Proven experience in a management accounting or finance role, ideally within an educational or charitable setting
• Professional qualification (e.g.
  AAT, ACCA, CIMA
  , or equivalent) or working towards one
• Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills
  , with proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, communication
