OverviewKhuda Technology is working with a leading Managed Service Provider to find an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a major enterprise client. The role sits within the collaboration and cloud operations team, ensuring the performance, security, and availability of Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and other collaboration platforms. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day support, automation, infrastructure optimisation, and alignment with business and security objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS
- Administer Exchange and Office 365 environments
- Manage email gateways and security (Proofpoint, Iron Port, EOP)
- Monitor mail flow, message tracking, SPF, DKIM, DAG, and patching
- Support Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Outlook
- Automate tasks and processes using Power Shell
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and failover strategies
- Provide end‑user support and participate in a on‑call rota
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
