Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (Permanent, Full-Time)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, full-time

We’re working with a growing facilities management company who are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.

You’ll be working as part of a team of two, helping to maintain high standards across a variety of commercial and residential sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous grounds maintenance experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating ride-on mowers and pedestrian mowers

* Strimming, hedge cutting and leaf blowing

* Litter picking and general grounds upkeep

* Basic planting, pruning and weeding

* Reporting any site issues or maintenance needs

* Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times

The Ideal Candidate :

Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
Has previous experience in grounds or horticultural maintenance
Is reliable, hard-working, and able to work well as part of a small team
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
PA1/PA6 or other horticultural qualifications are beneficial but not essential
