Field Sales Representative

We're recruiting for a Field Sales Representative in the South East for a unique, full-time role with a leading automotive brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a retail or customer-facing background who's ready to escape the shop floor, get out on the road, and start a long-term career in sales.

No field sales experience is required - full training, support, and even HGV Class C licence training is provided. If you're hands-on, confident with people, and motivated by earnings and independence, this could be your perfect next move.

• Driving a 12-tonne mobile showroom to visit customers daily (20+ calls)
• Selling products to new and existing customers in a pre-defined territory
• Building long-term customer relationships through face-to-face visits
• Working Monday to Friday with early starts and a supportive team culture
• Returning to depot each day to debrief and prepare for tomorrow

• At least 2 years' experience in a hands-on, practical or retail/customer service role
• A confident, outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organisation skills and self-motivation
• A full UK driving licence (HGV training provided)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for the automotive sector
