Talented People is recruiting for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join a well-established aviation services company based in Crawley. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering long-term progression and specialist training.

• Test equipment to ensure it is safe and fully operational
• Assist in inspecting and preparing equipment to meet safety standards
• Use repair tools and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete raft checks and repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Basic computer and numeracy skills
• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus – not essential
• Team player with a hands-on approach

• £12.21 per hour (weekly pay)
• Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 schedule
• Supportive team environment
