As Fire Alarm Manager, you’ll oversee all installation, service, and fault works across the business, ensuring top-tier safety and compliance with industry standards. You’ll shape operational strategy, support team development, and deliver outstanding project outcomes.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities

* Manage all fire alarm installation, service, and fault activities.

* Organise and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.

* Lead and develop a skilled, motivated operations team.

* Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

* Set strategic goals for growth and continuous improvement.

* Review and approve operational invoices.

* Deliver operational and financial reporting to senior leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience delivering Fire Detection projects (NACOSS FIRE, BAFE, FIA, NSI, GENT, Open Protocol, etc.).

* In-depth knowledge of BS 5839 standards and Fire Alarm/Life Safety installations.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or project management within Fire Protection or Field Service industries.

* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

* Leadership ability with a people-first approach.

* Skilled in data analysis, planning, and time management.

* Resilient and adaptable under pressure.

* High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.

* Valid UK Driver’s Licence required.
