Are you an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker ready for a new challenge in Crediton? Join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people aged 8-16 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary of 33,176 - 40,456. You'll work a 40-hour week with sleep-ins and will be an integral part of a supportive team, providing mentorship and enhanced care.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower young people to develop life skills and independence.

• Manage challenging behaviors with confidence and empathy.

• Safeguard the health and welfare of residents.

• Mentor and guide less experienced staff.

• Collaborate with social workers, parents, and other professionals.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Residential Support Worker or similar role.

• Full UK driving license.

• Aged 21 or over.

• QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
