We are looking for a friendly and energetic beauty Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting our company.

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Create employee schedules
• Order products and maintain inventory
• Schedule regular maintenance of supplies equipment and ensure peak operating conditions
• Adhere to the highest standards in beauty treatments and health and safety

• Previous experience as a salon manager or similar position preferred
• Knowledge of salon treatments and products
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully and direct staff professionally
• Passion for all things beauty and creating an excellent client experience
