Responsibilities- Remain calm and efficient when handling emergencies.
- Work at short notice to cover unplanned absences.
- Cover our 24/7 rota without issue.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Out of the box attitude.
- Confident and enthusiastic personality.
- Computer literate (Office 365 essential).
- Natural enthusiasm to help people.
- Positive attitude and confidence to work alone.
