As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial property You will work on a variety of electrical systems and equipment, including generators, electrical wiring, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems, as well as general electrical maintenance tasks. You will also be involved in performing planned and reactive maintenance across other disciplines You will ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
In this role, you will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help improve overall facility performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support and contribute innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of each client site, ensuring high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction. Candidate:
Relevant electrical qualifications including:
City & Guilds Electrical Installation AM2 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Test & Inspect is desirable but not essential. Strong working knowledge of lighting and power distribution systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
