About the Opportunity:
We are working on behalf of a leading care provider to recruit an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to oversee one of their nursing homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse with strong leadership experience to make a real difference in the lives of residents while driving operational excellence.

Role Overview :
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership. You will be the main point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
Ensure residents receive high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource management.
Act as a liaison with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualified.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Home Manager or Regional Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of care regulations and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
