Red Green Partners is working with a Crewe‑based technology company looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead innovative programs across their global business.

Location: Crewe, UK (Onsite with some global travel)

The L&D Manager, operating in a stand‑alone capacity, will be part of an established People team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage everything from leadership development and compliance training to digital learning tools and global initiatives. • Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain and optimise learning strategies, platforms, and processes to meet business objectives.
• Implement global L&D initiatives ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Deliver leadership development programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Manage compliance training and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Utilise the apprenticeship levy and other funding schemes, maximising investment in workforce development and skills growth.
• Evaluate learning impact and report on engagement and performance outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors, educational institutions, and internal teams.
• Maximise opportunities through apprenticeship levy and funding schemes.

We’re looking to attract candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment and have extensive L&D experience. A passion for learning & development, a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, and technical savviness with LMS platforms are essential. You should be comfortable managing the L&D budget and be able to work autonomously.
