Sales Coordinator – Production

Crewe

£28k + Commission Scheme + Bonus + Great Company Benefits

I am currently looking for an accomplished Sales Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers.

Whilst joining a well-established production business and with a heavy duty of administrative responsibilities within a customer-facing capacity, you will conduct in outbound calling activity, generating orders, seeking new leads, whilst communicating with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities will include – but not be limited to:

- * Researching and canvassing for new business, processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

* Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.

* Assisting the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data.

* Handling inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on orders, check satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.

* Advise customers of predicted delivery dates, updates on orders, dealing with customer queries.

* Approving orders for accounts which are over original credit limit set.

* Supporting Finance on the control of credit limits and chasing late payments

* Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the sales team whilst supporting marketing campaigns

With proven experience of working in a sales environment – ideally in a production / manufacturing / engineering capacity - you will showcase the ability to find opportunities to explore in order to generate new business

You will have a clear understanding of sales targets, working to deadlines, whilst providing technical and professional advice
