Sales Coordinator – Production Crewe £28k + Commission Scheme + Bonus + Great Company Benefits Permanent
I am currently looking for an accomplished Sales Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers. While joining a well-established production business and should handle a heavy duty of administrative responsibilities within a customer-facing capacity, you will conduct outbound calling activity, generate orders, seek new leads, and maintain communication with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Researching and canvassing for new business, processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales‑related documentation.
- Assist the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data.
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on orders, check satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Advise customers of predicted delivery dates and updates on orders, and deal with customer queries.
- Approve orders for accounts that are over the original credit limit set.
- Support Finance in controlling credit limits and chasing late payments.
- Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the sales team while supporting marketing campaigns.
With proven experience of working in a sales environment – ideally in a production, manufacturing, or engineering capacity – you will demonstrate the ability to find opportunities to generate new business. You will understand sales targets, work to deadlines, and provide technical and professional advice.
