About the RoleNter Talent is proud to support a forward-thinking global business in their search for a Sales Advisor to join their telematics team in Crewe. This organisation delivers innovative technology solutions in sustainable mobility and connectivity, helping businesses of all sizes adapt to the future.
As a Sales Advisor, you will focus on prospecting to existing business customers and acquiring new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on cross-selling telematics solutions. You will work closely with an experienced Sales Team Manager and collaborate with a wider team of sales executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is onsite in Crewe and sponsorship is not available.
- Engage with existing and new business customers to cross-sell telematics solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to introduce products.
- Deliver online demonstrations via screen sharing to showcase product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly prospecting and sales targets.
- Proven experience in prospecting or outbound sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with the confidence to overcome objections.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and target‑focused.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop sales techniques.
Competitive base salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per year with OTE of £37,000 - £39,000.
