Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will prospect to existing Radius customers and acquire new business, cross‑selling our Telematics offerings. Strong communication, proactivity, and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Outbound calling to Group Customers via phone, email, and other channels to introduce Radius Telematics and initiate cross‑sell conversations.
  • Fully explain product features and benefits, arranging and performing online screen‑sharing demonstrations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and track progress using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly prospecting targets.
  • Sourcing and prospecting your own data where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a prospecting or outbound sales role, preferably B2B telesales or desk‑based.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, able to overcome objections.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of accountability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
