Lead Software Developer

Lead C#.Net Software Developer (C#, ASP.NET/.Net Core , SQL Server) This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week onsite in Crewe or Chester. My client are an innovative software development company delivering mission-critical Azure hosted software in their respected sector. Their collaborative and fast paced environment utilises Agile methodologies to deliver cutting edge solutions for their diverse customer base.

They are seeking Lead C#.Net Software Developers to join their dynamic and innovative software development team. You will play a critical role in the development of their proprietary software applications. They are currently building Software Development squads so you will be the Lead Developer for one of the squads. This role is 70% team / line management and 30% hands on.

The ideal candidate will have a background in C# and Microsoft .Net technologies and a proven ability to thrive within an Agile environment. You must have a "can-do" attitude to complement their team. You will:
Collaborate with a small team of developers in a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment with a strong emphasis on Agile delivery. Develop and maintain software for large-scale systems with long life cycles, tailored to multiple customers with varying configurations. Apply your technical expertise in C#, .Net Core (primarily), ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. You will be given the opportunity to work with Azure as they are using Azure for their cloud services.

You will need to have a background in application software development using C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL, and the .NET Framework. They will happily consider back end Developers with C#, .Net and SQL Server skills. This is an urgent requirement with interviews taking place imminently so please apply immediately to be considered.
