Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer)

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join our client’s busy distribution site in Crewe for the festive period. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced, cold environment, picking and moving goods safely and efficiently to meet daily targets.

For this Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer) role, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately picking and packing items ready for dispatch
• Working to performance and accuracy targets
• Loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Adhering to all site Health & Safety procedures

For this Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer) role, you will need:

• PPT experience is preferred but not essential (you must be confident using a PPT truck)
• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
• Ability to work in a chilled environment
• Good attention to detail and timekeeping
• Flexible and reliable – must be available for the full duration (9th–27th December)

Details of this Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer) role:

Pay Rate: £13.50PH + £250 completion bonus for attending all allocated shift

Induction Date:
Thursday 5th December 2025 – attendance is mandatory.

Location:

Crewe, Cheshire

Dates: 9th – 27th December 2025

Hours:

10:00am – 7:00pm

Shifts:

5 or 6 days out of 7 per week (must be flexible)
