Temporary Finance Assistant - 6-Week Booking (Immediate Start)

Hours:

5 hours per day, flexible hours to suit between 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: £12.80 - £13.00 per hr

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary 6-week basis to provide essential support with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid finance admin experience who's available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and managing invoices

Supporting credit control and following up on outstanding payments

General finance administration and data entry

Maintaining accurate financial records

Using Excel for reporting and reconciliation tasks (intermediate level required)

About You:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role

Confident using Excel (including formulas, sorting, and basic analysis)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Available for an immediate start
