• Review tender enquiries to understand project requirements.
• Acquire additional information from clients as needed.
• Obtain competitive prices from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Produce formal quotations to clients.
• Maintain documentation of tenders and quotations in the internal database.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

• Must have estimating experience within the roofing market sector.
• Experience with flat roofing, pitched roofing, metal & zinc roofing, lead roofing, green roofs, and roof repairs.
• Sound understanding of roofing and building legislation.
• Experience in roofing refurbishment preferred.
• Strong numerical skills.
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
• Confident and articulate individual.
