MOT Tester Required for Independent Garage - Croydon

* Salary:
Basic Salary £40,000 + Bonus

* Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

* Weekends OFF

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections and tests on vehicles to assess their roadworthiness.

* Complete MOT certifications and maintain accurate testing records.

* Identify defects or issues and provide detailed reports to customers.

* Offer expert advice and recommendations on necessary repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

* Stay updated on the latest regulations and standards related to MOT testing.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience as an MOT Tester with an in-depth understanding of vehicle testing procedures.

* Valid MOT Testing licence and relevant certifications.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication skills to explain issues and recommendations clearly to customers.

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
