As the Maintenance Operative, you’ll:
 
Oversee the general upkeep of the site, including painting and handy work tasks.
Utilise your basic electrical skills for maintenance and repairs.
Assist with plumbing tasks, if qualified, to enhance site operations.
Manage partition walls in storage units to maximise space efficiency.
Occasionally cover sites in Bristol, expanding your operational reach.  You
 
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Operative, you’ll bring:
 
Basic electrical knowledge and experience in maintenance work.
Plumbing qualifications would be advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards maintenance and general repairs.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
