Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Operative to support a commercial site in London. This is a hands-on role covering day to day building maintenance and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
* Basic electrical tasks such as replacing lights and fittings
* Basic plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, and sanitary ware
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests
* Maintain site presentation and safety standards
* Log completed works and report issues
Essential Requirements:
* Previous maintenance or handyman experience
* Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
* Comfortable working in occupied buildings
* Reliable and consistent approach
