Senior Administrator

We require Senior Administrative for our client, a global technology business headquartered in Lisburn to support Monitoring and Diagnostic Business.

This position involves liaising with worldwide regions to ensure our installation records in  (SFDC) and Service Max are accurate and up-to-date.

• Liaise with Field Service Engineers and accredited third parties across global regions to update installation records in SFDC and Service Max.
• Utilize diagnostic and application software, with full training provided.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installations and service activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

• Must have previous Administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers and related software applications.
• Experience with  (SFDC) and/or Service Max is highly advantageous.
