Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week | shift pattern 5 days out of 7, shifts between 6am and 8pm with occasional function work in evenings until 10pm

• Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver delicious meals three times a day.
• Support the Head Chef and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and stock control.
• Get involved in exciting events and occasional offsite catering.

• Culinary experience and a passion for teamwork.
• Previous supervisory experience is a bonus—not essential.
• Ability to pass security vetting (we'll guide you through the process).
• UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work in the UK.
