Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for 2–3 projects at a time, overseeing the commercial delivery of these projects and ensuring cost-effectiveness and viability. The role will entail managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, as well as monitoring expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.

QS professionals oversee contract administration, risk management, and value engineering to maximise profitability while maintaining compliance with strict regulations and security standards. They collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role offers exposure to complex, high-profile developments that demand precision, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen. What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong background working on commercial projects such as, education, healthcare, MOJ, MOD etc.
• Background in new-build or refurb/fitout is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise, including the use of industry standard software.
