Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for 2–3 projects at a time, overseeing the commercial delivery of these projects and ensuring cost-effectiveness and viability. As the Senior QS, you will be responsible for a small team of QS's and AQS's who will assist with the delivery of all projects.

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or 5 years' experience as a QS/
• Strong background working on commercial projects such as, education, healthcare, MOJ, MOD etc.
• Background in new-build or refurb/fitout is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise, including the use of industry standard software.
• Leadership and teamwork skills are essential. What you'll get in return
