Turbo Technics is a precision engineering company with over 40 years of experience in the turbocharger industry. We are looking for a new team member to join our busy machine shop.

The Role

* Setting and operating a variety of CNC machines

* Reading and working from engineering drawings

* Producing parts safely, accurately, and efficiently

* Working with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, plastics, and nickel iron

* Inspecting parts using micrometers, verniers, and other measuring equipment

* Following all company policies and procedures

About You

* Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar CNC role (training will be provided)

* Logical and organised, with good attention to detail

* Able to work to tight deadlines and use your initiative

Hours & Benefits

* 40 hours per week

* Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

* Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

* Excellent rates of pay (dependent on experience)

* Attendance bonus scheme

* Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 26 days + bank holidays)
