• Manage day-to-day production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Lead, motivate, and develop production and butchery teams
• Plan and coordinate production schedules and maximise workflow efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Monitor yields, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, cost management, and process optimisation

• Proven experience in production management within the meat industry
• Strong hands‑on butchery background (retail or wholesale)
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence
