Filtration Operative

Filtration Operative – RSE

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Operative to join our Filtration division servicing projects across the UK. We are looking for multi‑skilled individuals who are competent in key activities such as refurbishments, water mains, drainage, basic shuttering, concreting, plant operation, earthworks and landscaping tasks. Please note this position will require flexibility on working location, with accommodation provided by RSE.

• Filter refurbishment.
• Inspect equipment and identify faulty components.
• Change filter nozzles.
• Break out concrete floors.
• Perform concrete repairs.
• Confined‑space entry work.
• Wash down filters.
• Maintain accurate daily records for activities on site and hours worked.
• Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set and assist other disciplines when required.

• Relevant experience (or equivalent) in filter refurbishment.
• CSCS Operative.
• EUSR Water Hygiene Card (preferred).
• CP2 Confined Space.
• Good knowledge of health and safety rules.
• Can follow instructions as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
