The Role:This job is based out of our new Cumbernauld Factory – G68 0FS
.
To manufacture and assemble windows and related products to the required quality and production standards. The role involves operating fabrication machinery, following established processes, and maintaining a safe, tidy workspace. Different pay rates apply depending on skill level and competency.
Role Overview :- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, maintaining competency appropriate to your level of training and experience.
- Carry out fabrication and assembly processes in line with company procedures and specifications.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets as directed by management or team leaders.
- Check and maintain the quality of all products, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Support the training and mentoring of new team members where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Carry out any other duties as requested by management on an ad hoc or regular basis to support production operations.

- 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday
- Split
Shifts:
AM Shift - 06:30 - 17:30 / PM Shift - 11:30 - 22:30 - £12.21 - £13.00 p/h - depending on experience
- Additional shift Allowance for PM shift workers
